Terms
Last updated: 2026-10-24 · Shawn Gants
Effective October 24, 2026.
These terms cover work from DrupalMigration.ai, a service of The Gants Group. A written quote or statement of work controls when it conflicts with this page.
Scope and price
Services are scoped and priced in a written quote or statement of work. Published starting prices are from $999 for a standard migration, $4,999 for an overnight emergency migration, and $499 for a complex audit. Work beyond that starting scope is priced in the quote.
Your responsibilities
You provide the access, backups, and content the work needs. Keep a backup of the current site until you have accepted the handoff.
Overnight emergency service
The overnight emergency service is best-effort. There is no guarantee of outcome or timing.
Payment and refunds
Payment and refund terms are set in each quote.
Ownership and handoff
Unless otherwise agreed in the quote, you receive the project code and the accounts used for the work at handoff.
Limitation of liability
Liability for the work is limited to the amount you paid under the quote. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost traffic or lost revenue.
Third-party hosts and services
Hosting, databases, domains, and other third-party services have their own terms. We do not control those services or their outages.
Law
These terms follow United States law.
