Draft, then review

AI improves the site. A person signs off.

Draft flows to a person, then to the siteDraftReviewShip

Optional

Search, forms, personalization

Quoted

01

Content audit

Dead pages, duplicates, and outdated copy. A person decides what stays.

02

Clearer copy

Answer-first rewrites. No ranking or citation promise.

03

Structured data

JSON-LD drafted from the content, then checked.

04

Accessibility

Alt text and obvious issues. Not a certification.

05

Structure

Information architecture and internal links, reviewed before launch.

06

Reviewed code

AI-assisted coding, tests, and visual regression. A person merges.

What the AI pass covers. It is not a benchmark, and it is not a guarantee of rankings, citations, or a Core Web Vitals score.
Answer: An AI-improved migration is a Drupal-to-Next.js move that also uses current AI tools to make the site better while it is rebuilt. The pass covers a content audit, clearer copy, structured data, alt text and accessibility fixes, information architecture, and internal links. Code is drafted with AI and reviewed by a person. Optional AI features on the new site are quoted separately. Nothing here guarantees rankings, citations, an accessibility certificate, or a speed score.

This is the concrete list. The benefits page is the cited stack comparison. Pricing is where the optional features are marked as quoted.

What the pass includes

We do not only copy Drupal pages into React. During the project, AI tools draft improvements and a person accepts, edits, or rejects each one.

  • Content audit and cleanup. Dead pages, duplicates, and outdated copy are flagged. A person decides what is kept, merged, or dropped.
  • Rewriting for clarity. Pages are rewritten in plain language, answer first, so a reader can use them and a search or AI-search system can quote them. That is the shape Google describes for its AI features in Search (Google Search Central). It is not a ranking promise.
  • Structured data. JSON-LD is drafted from the content model using the Schema.org vocabulary, then checked. Publishing FAQPage markup is for answer engines other than Google. Google stopped FAQ rich results on May 7, 2026 (Search Engine Land).
  • Alt text and accessibility fixes. Missing alternative text and obvious heading, label, and contrast problems are proposed against WCAG 2.2. That is a target. It is not a certification, and it is not a claim that every page will pass an audit.
  • Information architecture and internal linking. A proposed structure and a set of internal links. A person approves them before launch.
  • Faster delivery, with review. AI-assisted coding can shorten some implementation tasks. A person reviews the diff. This page does not publish a day-count or a percent-faster figure. Those would be made up.
  • Automated tests and visual regression. The new site gets automated checks and a visual pass before launch. A person still looks at the result. A test suite is not a guarantee that nothing visual will move.

Optional AI features

These are add-ons for the new site. They are not included in the $999 standard migration. The price is quoted. There is no published number, and this page will not invent one.

  • Site search or a Q&A assistant that answers from the site's own content, not from a general crawl of the web.
  • Smart forms that help a visitor finish a request. A person still receives the submission.
  • Personalization such as showing a relevant next page. What is personalized is agreed in the quote.

Human review applies to the prompts, the sources the assistant may use, and what ships. These features do not guarantee conversions, rankings, or citations.

What a person still does

AI output is a draft. A person reviews the content audit, the rewrites, the schema, the alt text, the information architecture, and the code. Client content is not published here as training data for a public model. Which assistant is used is named in the statement of work.

Patching PHP is still the host's job if the Drupal site has to stay up tonight. This page does not offer PHP patching. The patch guide is for the person who administers the server.

What we will not claim

  • No guaranteed Google rankings or AI citations.
  • No guaranteed Core Web Vitals score. The public thresholds are on the benefits page.
  • No accessibility certificate.
  • No invented benchmark, hosting-savings figure, or velocity number.
  • No claim that the new stack is unhackable. React and Next.js had a critical remote-code-execution bug, CVE-2025-55182, in December 2025 (React, Next.js).

FAQ

Google stopped FAQ rich results on May 7, 2026 (Search Engine Land). These questions are still published, with FAQPage markup, for other answer engines.

What is an AI-improved migration?

A Drupal-to-Next.js rebuild that also uses AI to clean up content, rewrite for clarity, draft structured data and alt text, and suggest structure and links. A person reviews every change. Results are not guaranteed.

Does AI replace the person doing the work?

No. AI drafts. A person reviews the audit, the copy, the schema, the accessibility fixes, and the code before anything ships.

Are optional AI features included in the $999 price?

No. Site search or a Q&A assistant over your content, smart forms, and personalization are add-ons. The price is quoted. There is no published number. See pricing.

Will this improve rankings or get the site cited by AI search?

Not as a promise. Rewrites aim at clarity and answer-first structure (Google Search Central). Rankings and citations are not guaranteed.

Do you patch PHP as part of this?

No. Your host or system administrator updates PHP. Migration, including the AI pass, is a separate project.
